At Staci, we strive to provide customized logistics solutions that streamline our clients’ processes and enhance their efficiency. Our collaboration with AB InBev is a perfect illustration of this commitment. By focusing on both the On-Trade (hospitality and events) and Off-Trade (primarily supermarkets) markets, we support AB InBev in managing and distributing their Point of Sale (POS) materials and consumables.
Seamless Inbound Logistics
All POS materials and consumables are carefully labeled and stored in our Warehouse Management System (WMS) upon arrival. “This gives us at AB InBev immediate visibility into the stock, enabling quick and accurate decision-making,” says Aurélie Struye, Head of Trade Marketing Off Trade at AB InBev.
Transparent Inventory Management with E-cats
Through our E-cats platform, AB InBev has real-time access to their inventory. “Our representatives can place orders quickly, even during customer visits, reducing administrative burdens and enhancing efficiency. Back-office staff can manage and optimize the inventory, leading to better resource utilization.”
Flexible Delivery and Transport
Representatives can choose from over 1,000 Pick-Up/Drop-Off points in Belgium or deliver directly to sales points and hospitality venues. Staci’s transport plan ensures each delivery is efficient and on time, tailored to the specific requirements of each order.
Complete Transparency with Track & Trace
With Track & Trace, users can monitor their order status, ensuring complete transparency. Additionally, back-office staff receive detailed reports on inventory and orders, aiding strategic decisions and cost savings.
The Benefits for AB InBev
The partnership with Staci provides AB InBev with clear advantages: improved inventory management, cost savings, reduced waste, and time savings for both representatives and back-office staff. This allows AB InBev to focus entirely on their core activities, supported by an efficient logistics partner.
Our collaboration with AB InBev underscores how Staci helps companies optimize their logistics processes and focus on their core business. Together, we are building a future centered on efficiency and customer focus.
