👉 To illustrate this committed and collective theme, we give the floor to those who live it every day… and drive it forward.
At Staci, we are proud to see the women who work in our various subsidiaries express themselves and embody our commitment to professional equality and women’s rights through their testimonials.
They share:
🔹What women bring to the #logistics sector
🔹The advice they would like to pass on to their peers
In a sector that is still too often perceived as male-dominated, highlighting women’s career paths is a strong conviction.
This commitment is reflected in concrete and measurable actions:
📊 Affirmed gender parity with 49.9% of women within the Group,
📈 An internal barometer dedicated to measuring and preventing sexism,
👥 Awareness-raising initiatives carried out throughout the year to reinforce an inclusive culture,
🤝 An active policy promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Every day, and especially on March 8, Staci takes action to promote the role of women in logistics.

This validation is the culmination of a solid and well-structured CSR strategy built over several years, and a clear illustration that Staci’s integration within bnode, through shared experience and resulting synergies, enables us to pool our resources to achieve our decarbonisation objectives.
A strong signal that we are on the right path towards carbon neutrality by 2050.

Austin, Colleen, Jan, Joan, Mauro, Peter, Stefan and Steven… Do you know what these Staci colleagues have in common? They are our international CSR ambassadors – and they play a key role!
Their mission: to work closely with our Group CSR Manager, Mylène LEFEBVRE, and her team, to gather all the social, environmental and governance data and information from our subsidiaries. They are essential links in consolidating, structuring and harmonising our practices.
Since 2023, their commitment has enabled us to have reliable, robust reporting every year. This is what makes it possible to publish our annual societal and environmental report.
And this year, their contribution has been more crucial than ever. The acquisition of Staci by bpostgroup required major harmonisation work, and our ambassadors rose to the challenge brilliantly.
A huge thank you to each of them for their energy, availability and unwavering commitment!

For several months now, Staci and all its subsidiaries have been working to comply with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), a European regulation aimed at harmonising non-financial reporting around 3 key areas: Environment, Social and Governance.
And while the subject is at the heart of our concerns, it’s not just to meet regulatory requirements.
👉 The CSRD is a structuring and forward-looking project for our organisation.
👉 It enables us to transform these requirements into sustainable performance levers for our company and those of our customers.
Our objective 🎯? To remain a reliable, sustainable and resilient logistics partner at the service of our customers and in alignment with their growing sustainability needs.
To achieve this, Staci relies on:
🔹A fully committed management team
🔹Motivated teams
🔹Strengthened synergies with bpostgroup
Together, we are building sustainable logistics and transport solutions for today and tomorrow.

We are very proud to publish today our 2nd CSR report.
Covering the year 2023, this report is the expression of our approach to contributing to a more sustainable world through 3 pillars: social, environmental and ethical, with this time the elements contributed by our subsidiaries.
The year 2023 was a particularly busy one for Staci, culminating in the signing of the EVCom charter, which illustrates our ambition to reduce carbon emissions.

As an international Group 🌍 present in 8 countries, Staci must respect the rules of the countries where it operates, its communities and its environment. Appropriate ethical behaviour is a fundamental prerequisite for a healthy and efficient daily business environment.
➡️ We have developed our Code of Conduct to clearly state and respect our commitments as a company, an employer and a good corporate citizen on a daily basis. It is an essential tool to guide our choices in order to put our values and commitments into practice. ⬅️
Intended for all our employees, this guide is intended to help describe our position on :
🔹 The protection and use of the company’s assets
🔹 The fight against corruption, conflicts of interest, anti-competitive practices
🎯 Today, only companies with a strong ethical culture will be sustainable, which is why we want 100% of our employees to be trained in this approach by 2025.
